Customer give misleading claim reason, describing item as ”not as described” and stating that made several attempts to contact which he did not. Customer has been using several different email addresses on purpose to keep the conversation off the main thread we use to add confusion to conversation, we have attached to the email gallery print screens of the all communications we had from him.

You can see on the pictured in marked areas that one camber plate has been installed on the vehicle and therefore is not suitable for a further resale.
We have decided to refund for one camber plate only as second one has been used. We are not refunding for PayPal fee and initial carriage cost as per our Terms & Conditions policy.
