This catch tank is for use with a single or dual internal Bosch 040. BOSCH 040 is one of the most common internal fuel pumps on the market. Excellent for this application. With our Catch Tank you minimize the risk under conditions of low fuel levels that the system cannot cope with extremely tough driving requirements. On drifting, drag racing or racetrack days where you reach 2g, this could result in fuel loss. The catch tank acts as a buffer so that the fuel pumps are always supplied with enough fuel for high output. With this catch tank sets the fuel is promoted with minimal flow losses and fuel shortage. Supplied with stainless steel mounting plate for easy installation and AN-8 fittings for all top cover connections. The product has been developed to resist the decomposing properties of alcoholic fuels including methanol and ethanol.
